Thursday, whatcha' eating today?
I have been on graze mode since I have been back to work full-time. Maybe I need to give up work? LOL Just kidding, love my job.
B: Coffee
DD Wake Up Wrap (egg,cheese in a small wrap. 170 calories, 7 gr. protein, not bad)
S: 1/2 unjury shake
L: crustless spinahc quiche
S: 1/2 unjury shake
D: haddock
S: tapioca w/cool whip
Also did water aerobics this am, that burned a few calories (try to make up for the last few days...)

L Sliced ham and two slices of american
S Carnation instant breakfast with skim milk
D chicken with ff gravy
S Sugar Free popsicle
light and fit yogurt
I'm getting bored with food...and I REALLY miss potatoes....would it be horrible to have some mashed potato with ff gravy before my two week checkup????
I can kinda understand the no veggies or fruit but for some reason this is harder than the two weeks before surgery...maybe cause I am sitting home now vs working then.
Red are the changes I made.....MaineHappyMama - adding the lunch and carnation instant put me at 65g protein according to the realize website...without adding the carnation today I would have been low but every other day I've done has been 60+...THANKS for catching it.

Every doctor is different and what they want you eating. My doctor says clear liquids the week after surgery and then the next week its puree foods. Which in my notes says mashed potatoes. And before my surgery I have on two days of liquid diet, which I've seen two weeks for some. My surgery is Aug. 3, it's coming fast. I finally found a protein drink that doesn't make me want to upchuck. tmi. sorry.

Lisa-Are you tracking your protein grams? I don't really see 60 there (not trying to be critical!! just helpful)

dr's office said no potato until I see the NUT on Wednesday..oh well..I'll suffer thru...The worst part right now is that I am starting PMS weeks and really want tons of salty anything....LOL...will have to add some salt to my meals (something I NEVER do) just to fix that craving.

8 oz skim milk
1/2 boiled or baked potato - no skin
1 envelope Unjury chicken soup flavor powder
heat the potato, while that is heating mix the powder and milk..stir into the heated potato until smooth....wicked yummy
